    • Those studying for an MA Teacher's Degree (osztott és osztatlan): You can only apply if BTK is your  home faculty.
    • Osztott MA (TANM-ANG) Teaching Degree Students: Due to curricular limitations in the host universities we have only a limited number of universities you can apply to. Thank you for your understanding. Universities you can apply to are marked with a hashtag # in the table.
    • You can only apply for destinations offered by SEAS (see table above) and with degree courses offered by ELTE BTK.

    Deadlines:

    • on-line application via Neptun: submission by 4 March, 2019
    • SEAS-bound on-line application (see details below): by 4 March, 2019
    • one signed hard copy of Pályázati űrlap by 4 March, 2019 in the box outside R357.

    APPLICATION

Visit the websites of the universities to which you would like to apply and research the university as well as the courses they offer before making a decision. If you can, talk to students who have studied at the universities you are about to choose. Please note that studying abroad requires independence and self-reliance on the part of the students at the application stage too.

You will need to submit two applications.

    Neptun-bound electronic application:

Please follow the guidelines in the ELTE call and contact Ms Andrea Pusztai (outgoing@btk.elte.hu) at International Office if you have any queries.

    SEAS-bound electronic application:

    Procedure:

    1. Please fill in the form at:
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=13yOD8tCHzEsHtmWS3ons2yzVW5E-brQc32NYdTuC7ro

    2. You will get an e-mail with access to your dedicated SEAS Erasmus+ folder.

Please note that your folder is generated manually, which may take time. Therefore fill the form - through the link above – ASAP.

Give your name to the folder. Next, create as many subfolders within this folder as many universities you are applying to. Name these subfolders after each university you are applying to. You will need to upload your application documents into these subfolders. You must finish uploading all your documents by 4 March, 2019.

    3. Print out one copy of the Erasmus+ Application Form (Pályázati űrlap) and sign it in blue ink and submit it by 4 March, 2019Please drop your Pályázati űrlap into the box outside SEAS office R357.

    Important

    • Please upload into your separate subfolders as many application packages (with all docs) as many universities you are applying to. E.g. If you apply to 2 universities: Bilbao and Lódz, you should create 2 subfolders named "Bilbao" and "Lódz" within your own folder that you should call "Francesca Bishop" if you happen to be called Francesca Bishop. Then upload all the necessary documents (see below) into these 2 subfolders separately.
    • You should name all your files belonging into a specific subfolder in the following way:
      University_Your Name_document type;
To continue with the above example: e.g., Bilbao_Francesca Bishop_Motivation Letter for your Bilbao application folder.
For your Lódz application folder, you should have Lodz_Francesca Bishop_Motivation Letter (NB This should be different from the Bilbao one since the courses you intend to take at Lodz and your motivation must differ.)

Your SEAS application package should include the following:

    1. Signed Application Form (Pályázati űrlap) available from Neptun or from https://www.elte.hu/media/11/00/ca95b1ef69fafcf067f91c8033716a7e7e470c384ed1924f53257f6c9854/palyazati_urlap_1920.pdf1 copy per university.

    Deadlines:

    •     obligatory on-line application via Neptun: submission by 5 March, 2018
    •     obligatory SEAS-bound on-line application (see details below): by 5 March, 2018
    •     One signed hard copy of Pályázati űrlap by 5 March, 2018 in the box outside R357.

Please follow the guidelines in the ELTE call and contact Mr Sándor Balaci (balaci.sandor@btk.elte.hu) at the International Office if you have any queries.

    SEAS-bound electronic application:

    Procedure:

    1. Please fill in the form at https://drive.google.com/open?id=13yOD8tCHzEsHtmWS3ons2yzVW5E-brQc32NYdTuC7ro

    2. You will get an e-mail with access to your dedicated SEAS Erasmus+ folder. Give your name to the folder. Next, create as many subfolders within this folder as many universities you are applying to. Name these subfolders after each university you are applying to. You will need to upload your application documents into these subfolders. You must finish uploading all your documents by 5 March 2018.

    3. Print out one copy of the Erasmus+ Application Form (Pályázati űrlap) and sign it in blue ink and submit it by 5 March 2018.  Please drop your Pályázati űrlap into the box outside SEAS office R357.

      University_Your Name_document type;

Your SEAS-bound electronic application package should include the following:

     1. Signed and scanned Application Form (Pályázati űrlap) available from Neptun (printscreen if print function does not work) or from https://www.elte.hu/content/erasmus-palyazati-felhivas.t.10950?m=466: 1 copy per university.
